Bob was promoted to Executive Director of Beaver Meadows in 2005. He has spearheaded the development and marketing efforts at HAP Enterprises and Beaver Meadows since 2002. He is certified as a Personal Care Home Administrator by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
