Robert Bickerton, DirectorBob was promoted to Director of Beaver Meadows in 2005. He has spearheaded the development and marketing efforts at HAP Enterprises and Beaver Meadows since 2002. He is certified as a Personal Care Home Administrator by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
Joyce Patton Ledford, Assistant DirectorA native of Beaver County, Joyce brings a wealth of experience in medical and psychiatric nursing to Beaver Meadows. As Assistant Director at Beaver Meadows, Joyce assesses residents for placement, works with nursing and direct care staff in providing and maintaining a quality continuum of care, and oversees the admission process and ensures compliance with state regulations.
